CPND wont work on ACD sets after Release 3 upgrade

I have a site that has been upgraded from rlse 22 to Rlse 3. The problem is that the CPND names now do not work for external calls, I have names attached to the IDC entries, there seem to be patches for this for pre release 3 but not for rlse 3, any thoughts folks,, evrything was fine before the upgrade, Al non ACD sets work fine.

what platform du you have? op11? op81?

It is an Option 11 platform

that looks like a patch problem, i don't see one written for that problem. might need to let nortel tech support play with that one. if you call an acd set from external and not use the idc, do you have the same problem? have you tried to change the route to int instead of ext? did your upgrade go clean? i have seen opt 11's need another ini after an upgrade..
