Hi. Great forum here, this is my first post. I have an Option 11C and this is the problem I have. When ever the phones ring, the CPND doesnt come up until you pick up the phone, so you are not able to screen the call ahead of time. The switch is a shared switch with some other agencies, so I am not sure what may have happened, but in the past CPND used to come up before you picked up the handset and it was also that way on another switch at a previous job, so I am assuming there is a fix for this. My switch knowledge has been limited in the past to mostly MM and phone sets.
