i programmed a hotline 2151 on key 8 on my boss' phone (M2616) and put the name EMERGENCY on it. I then put DN 2151 on about ten phones so that when he presses that HOTLINE it will ring on all ten phones and anyone can answer it. However, it's showing his name, not EMERGENCY when he dials it. I understand if he manually dialed the DN 2151 it would show his name (or the name on whatever phone he dialed it from) but i don't understand why EMERGENCY is not showing on all our displays when he presses the hotline key. thank you.

EMERGENCY is the name of the extn he's calling so it will show his name, if one of the phones that has 2151 on it uses that line to call him he will see EMERGENCY
