CPND Fails

Please Help,

For whatever reason I cannot run CPND. Sometimes it will run but it only gets to a certain point and then crashes. It always gets to the same user on the sort my number option, but If I try to sort by sync status it crashes. Another problem is I have to add a new user to access CPND. If I try and use the standard ID it crashed, but If I create a new ID it works, Can anyone help?

All I can tell you is to make sure you are at the current PEP level for MAT or OTM. There were issues in MAT 6.7 like this. They have since released a patch for this.

Do you know the name of the patch for this fix? Also, how do you check the PEP leval? Is that listed in the MAT piece or do I need to start CPND to check this?
