CPDC on the card to finish rebooting turn up the following message

What release software? What is the CPDC suppose to be?
 
software for CS1000 release 7.5 CPDC NTDW53AAE6 RLSE 05 indicates the card.

there is a maintenance password?
 
Avaya on page download the following file:
