cp150 Unified Messaging

I have a customer with cp150.Printout from the system says voice mail version 30.00.75.22. Have 1 seat of um. He is getting his vm on his email program, but how do I set it up so that he can hear them on his blackberry???

I couldnt get curlcords link to work so I'm not sure what it referenced but I have seen simular post in the callpilot forum.
from what I remember reading if your customer is getting the emails on his blackberry but cant play them it could be the version of blackberry he has ,not all of them support wav files, you may want to check or repost in the the callpilot forum.

Sorry bad link...it was results from the search tab for the word blackberry.

I think you need to use forwarding and possibly desktop 5.0
