CP150 Call Center Reporting No data in reports

I cannot get the reports to populate. No data appears in both the live and historical reports.
My first problem was that the skill sets would not even appear when I go to select them. I finally figured that one out.
For a live report, I select one or all skill sets to view.
The report columns appear but there is no data. nothing is in the report.
For historical report, I select the skillset to view for 1 day (24 hours) and then the type of report. Then no data ever appears at all...I just get teh little status bar, but it doesn't ever finish. This is only 1 skillset with 5 agents...there isnt that much data.

Is anyone out there able to shed light on what I am doing wrong? any suggestions?

What are you using, CCR, or RCC (they are different).

If you are using the newer RCC, check and see how much data it has pulled from the system to you RCC server. You should see several hundred to several thousand. Check within a day, or on consecutive days and see if the amount of data it has pulled from the system has increased.

What kind of errors, if any, are you seeing when you look at a report...is it timing out or printing an empty report?

I am unable to print a report...it times out.
I will check to see how much data has been pulled, if any.
I am not able to access the server until the customer is on site, so I will have to look later today.

are you trying to generate reports from the server or a client computer.

Look in Nortel.com to see if there is a patch available for your platform. What version of RCC are you running?
