Call Pilot 3.1 RCC Agents names/stats do not appear in Real Time Reports
Hello all...I am installing Reporting for call center on a Norstar MICS with Call Pilot 150 3.1

Call Summary and Call Detail Real Time reports populate just fine.
Agent Summary and Agent Detail - no data appears

Using:
Call Pilot 150 3.1 release 31.10.36.22
Reporting Server CCRS_05_04_2010_31_10_36_22
RCC 2.45.105
Java 1.6.0 (included in RCC installation)

Everything works wonderfully except that the agents are not appearing in the reports.
Agents do appear in historical reports.
Real time reports show connection green status
Real time reports shows all data other than Agents. Historical Reports work perfectly.

RCC IVU installation verification utility - everything passesServer Connection verification utility (whatever it is called) passes all ports successfully.

Everything appears to be working great but I just cant get the agents to appear.
I have confirmed that agents are logged in at the time I launch the real time report.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to fix this?Thanks!!-Tony

Thanks for the suggestion. But I could not load this tool on my server. The page would not display. however i did just mess with it and I winded up just rebooting the server twice until the agents began to appear...strange.
From my experience in setting these up, the reporting has come a long way since the earliest versions so they are much easier to troubleshoot but they still seem very sensitive. It just isn't a very rock solid solution and it still seems outdated.

Does anyone know how to set Reports up automatically email or save to network folder?
