CP100 Return to AA not working

Hello All,

I have:
CP100 02.10.08.00
Return to AA is Yes
Touchtone gate is off
UI is NVM
CICS with 8 trunks all lines set to supervised.

Once I land in a mailbox (mine) to check messages, I want to press star or 0 or anothr extension to get back out. anything I press other than the mailbox commands gives me "Exiting the System" and hangs up.

any ideas on why this will not work or am I facing the corrupt data scenario?

If you are already in a voicemail box and are through checking your messages, to return to the auto-attendant all you have to do is press #. You will then hear, "using the dial pad buttons, please enter the extension you wish to call...."

Pressing # from the main menu of your mailbox will work all the time to take you back to the auto-attendant. It has nothing to do with the "Return to AA" setting.

Try that out.
