CP100 : Does Call Center come with it ? 2

Hi Guys,
quick question, Callpilot 100 ver 3.0, does that come with the basic Call Center option or do you need to buy an extra keycode ??

you get either call center or mail, not both

So when I originally boot it up, (983 then 266344) and I select Call Center .. The system will not have ANY mailboxes ??? so then I need a keycode for mailboxes ?? And if I originally set-it up as mail, can I add Call Center with a keycode ???

Yes.... install as VMail...and setup CC after.. install keycodes anytime you want. Before, after, matters not...

Problem with the call center on a CP100 is that by the time you get both the CP100 and the call center you are almost as expensive as a CP150 with call center

I believe that pricing is such that it is cheaper to install as CallPilot ACD and then add mailbox keys.
If it setup as vmail then you can still add Call Center.
But you only get one kick at the can to choose base application.
