Hi,

We have upgraded last weekend PBX Rel.4 to Rel.7

There is a "small" system, consists from 2x OPT11 Mini Chassis + 1x Expander.
In the first chassis we have CP-MCS card (lop 0-0) (NTDW59) and in the second chassis we have MGC NTDW98+NTDW78(lop0-1)

We have a curious problem on all phones configured in the lop 0-0, because of no dial tone, but you can establish call and you can speak each other, in the lop 0-1 no problem with Dial Tone!

When we finished work with UPG (Friday) Dial Tone was OK, worked in both IPMG, but then stopped for unknown reasons working.

When I tried to DIS MGTDS lop 126 in IPMG 0-1 then Phones had no Dial, but after ENLL 126 Dial tone again was OK!
Then the same procedure I applied to the MGTDS lop 124 IPMG 0-0, but nothing happened, no effect to dial Tone ??
Any suggestion?

Thanks

This new product CP-MGS analog phones can not make calls.
SU and install all patches or do not see a solution,
any suggestions

The solution we found was to update the GPS and put in the loops DTR until 0-0-15-0 0-0-15 -7

hi rogercentella, what you mean with "The solution we found was to update the GPS"?

Check to see if you have DTR units built on TNs 0-0-15-0 through 0-0-15-7. TDS generates the tones and digits, DTR recieve and decode those tones. Both must be defined and enabled for Analog phones to work.

Because the cpmg 128 use from 0 0 11 0 to 0 0 14 31 as vgw tn. So we had to remove DTR from 0 0 14 0 to 0 0 14 7(ld 13 out DRT) and rebuit DTR from 0 0 15 0 to 0 0 15 7

Then we can use ld 14 to build 128 channels vgw.

After building the DTR data, the analog phones should work correctly.
