I installed a Call Pilot 150 (3.1) on a MICS 7.1 last week and seemed ok. This morning it is inactive. Changed power sources but still won't boot up. Hooked up laptop and watched boot sequence through ProCom+ and it looks like it's getting stuck someplace near the start and just keeps repeating the beginning of the boot sequence. I don't fully understand what I'm looking at during the boot sequence so I'm afraid to make any changes. Is there a common problem with known fix that anyone is aware of? Please help if possible.

The power transformer could be faulty..not giving out the correct voltage,
Change the power transformer first.

Check the ports used for the Call pilot and see if the are working.
They need to be active or the CP will not Boot UP

If it is new replaced it now, only had one in all the years with Norstar since the beginning and it was 3.1.

I've seen weird things happen when the IP address or gateway address is incorrect. Press any key as soon as the first screen appears. Default IP is 192.168.110.10. A gateway address is not necessary, but it should be 192.168.110.1.

Where does it get stuck and what error message are you getting?

Copy and paste boot sequence if you can......old 9v psp could be the problem. New ones are 8v.
