CP 4.0 auto login not working

I have CP 4.0 and Auto login doesnt seem to work even when the box is checked in the mailbox. Any clues?

The check box only enable the feature. You still have to turn it on. Now use the phone to login and enable it...listen to the voiceprompt and follow his/her direction as to what you need to press. I think its 8, 0 for mailbox option commnad, then 4 to turn auto login on

That is is correct, it is a security issue with CP, the end-user must turn it on and off, and a system greeting will tell the end user when is the status has been changed, to remind the user it is on or off.
