CP 150 ver.3.1 BUSY PORTS

Im very stumped on this CP150 that has three out of the four ports busy.
I have made sure ..and tried..
1. no ext. accessing VM
2. idle in maint
3. disabled/enabled
4. cold reset
5. powercord reset
6. All connections are good

What else can i try to free up the other three ports?
I havent seen this happen yet??

How did you test them to see if they are busy? The reason I ask is because if you call the extensions only the Pilot ext will ring and be answered, the others will be busy. If you want to test them you can either have multiple people sign in with F981 or you can have 1 phone with multiple Intercoms and call the Pilot DN of voice mail then put it on hold and go to the next Intercom and call again...repeat steps.
 
Hi Hawks thanks for the reply. I did try with four phones and could only get through with one set. I know CP's sometimes crap out from powerhits, but its on a surge/ups and has been ok for the last 6 months. The port lights are all on the 150. Still trying to figure something before the last allternative of a swap out. I do apprecite the reply or anything else that may be helpful.
 
Have you tried plugging the ports into a phone to see if they come up?
