All lights cycle. After awhile all 4 lights on the left are light up. No lights on the right. I have a new 8 volt powersupply. I've reseated the software card. I can ping the IP but cannot access the cp mgr. Even though the network light is not lite on the cp it still lights up the switch port. Cannot access it using F983 and there is no response if I call any of the ext it's connected to.

Below is a capture of the boot process from the serial port.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks...

Got KSU Version from functerm: ----30BHG02Et

First, what s/w level is the CP 150? The first few versions (1.5.32.01, for example) didn't play well with boot loader 5.19 and Nortel wrote 5.21. I believe that issue was cleared up by rls 2.10. Did you get 'READY' after the CP polled the Norstar for it's SP (Got KSU Version from functerm: ----30BHG02Et)every time?

gforce,

Don't know what version. I looked but all I can remember is the year on the sw card 2004. I've left the site. I will be back there in a couple weeks when the circuit gets put in. I hope to have a game plan by then.

Below is another capture from the serial port.

Thanks...

you may have to rest the feature codes, F903

Sam173 the feature 903 is for Startalk Flash not Call Pilot

Yes looks like older software with that bootloader version, latest is loader .22 I think and comes with software level 3.1

Looks to be like it keeps trying to boot up over and over again, caused by netwok IP change, not seeing the KSU or corruption.

-Is it on the network? were there changes made to the network?
Try unplugging the patch cable to network and see what happens.

-Just for CICS try another PS too.

-Try if can load the orignal bootloader using first slot, see my FAQ's, I thinks its still on Nortel site.

-Try another software as that one maybe pooched

-Make sure software is in firm (re-seat it) and to the farthest back slot out of the 2.

Outta ammo on this one.

Suggest to upgrade to 3.1 when/if fixed.

Curlycord,

Even though your site is under construction I still enjoyed it.

It was on a different network prior. I plan on taking a new Powersupply up in a couple weeks. I'll see what happens. Thanks for the input. BTW: Where are your FAQS?

Thanks,
StinkTech

LOL I just added that pic.

FAQ's button is at top of any post just under your subject line.
Look for the purple field:
Norstar Call Pilot 100/150
half way down the page

Not sure the issue but the CP wont boot if on the wrong network, IP addy needs changing.
You can change it during the boot up sequence to what ever the new IT dept gives you.
