Hello group,

I have a Call Pilot 3.1 and am trying to setup Call Center Reporting.
I have the appropriate licenses.
The problem is that when I test the config on the apps server the Real-
Time port connection test fails.
Error is the "Call Center is refusing the connection on port 2223.
Please ensure that the Call Center has completed its boot cycle."
Call Center is up and running.
Can browse and manage the Call Pilot through the network.
CP 31.10.14.22
Apps server is CCRS_10_31_2007_31_10_28c_22

Disabled all firewall and antivirus references.
I am stumped.
Have never had an issue with the apps server before.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Michelle

How are the CP and APPssvr PC connected? Can you access web programming interface - is there a network firewall?

You may want to connect the PC directly to the CP to determine whether it's a network issue, or an issue with the CP. Use a xover cable.

Try upgrading your Call Pilot software to the latest version .31.10.31.22

It was definitely a revision issue.
Thank you for the responses.
