CP 100 Rls 3.0 CCR XFR Problem

I have a client who is using external transfer on a CCR tree in a CP 100 CICS 7.0 scenario. Path 1 and 2 are configured to dial an out bound number on POTS lines that are set in Line pool A. Wheter I set to use Line pool A or a specific line I receive the following message whe the transfer is trying to complete

"the rounting information configured for this call is not valid"

Any Ideas as far as I can tell all restrictions are turned off

6 Lines in systems 1-4 and 31-32 LS/DS Cards no features from telco except hunt on busy. All lines are assigned to Line pool A with access code of 9. In the CCR setup we are using Path 1 XFR,EXTNL,POOL, Phone number which is a 800 number 1-800-xxx-xxxx And Pool A did not matter wheter I set to pool a or a specfic line farther down the sequence same response on both.
 
Ok it doesn't appear that you are you are using centrex or link transfer but trying to use routing.

To xfer external you must set up a route and destination code under routing services. Follow the steps in the CICS manual for setting up external call forwarding. That's why you're getting the routing error message.

Be advised that routing transfer uses 2 lines in a conference. You would then enter your destination code plus your telephone number in the space for tel number in the external transfer point. make sure your lines are set to supervised and call redirecton is allowed.

Its better to use link transfer to xfer externally which does a telco transfer and frees up your lines once the transfer is complete, but you must subscribe to this service from your telco.
