CP 100 is missing a date/time setting

A customer of mine has a CP 100 on a CICS. The Greeting Table 1 is set so that Greeting 2 begins a 7 PM each day excpt for Wednesday and Friday. The Friday setting works fine, but the Wednesday setting won't roll to Greeting 2 at 5 PM. I can force a time/date change on the system, and get Friday to work, but Wednesday won't switch. Any thoughts?

Thanks - especially for the non biz settings. I have already set up the times EXACTLY as you posted, but to no avail (I tried this originally, but kept getting the same result. Only Sat and Sun are a bit different). Problem is only on Wednesday. I tried changing the dates by one day on either side of the exact date, but got ther same results.... we puzzling!
 
This may be a stupid question but have you checked the date on the phone system itself?
I had a startalk flash that had similar problems and the year was miss programmed. ( the year was 00 and the software was written in 02)
 
Yeah, I tried setting the time and date from a phone set as well as from a laptop... still no luck!
 
On some of the old startalks and nam's, to force the time change manually, you had to change the KSU time to one minute before the desired change, and let it trip over. I don't know if this is the same on CP.

Regardless, the system should work as programmed.
