If you dont want to read the manuals, the best recomendation is for you to call a qualified vendor. They will be able to properly install, and train you in its use.
I remember my first Norstar which was ago. I was new and I asked "What the xxxx is this thing, and what do I do with it? I did read the manual. Then as now the manuals were poorly written and confusing to newbies.
No one should be afraid to ask for help.

Definitely a skill to put on your resume (unfortunately one that is often not recognized) and if you think norstar manuals are tough to understand... try reading the 4" thick nitsuko alliance.
There needs to be more red flads on these types of questions. One thing that bugs me is if you are going to ask a very simple question, then at least try to find the answer in the Faqs or in a past thread before asking the forum.
The same questions keep getting asked.
And yes these are simple to someone who knows.
We were not born this way, we learned it through reading these manuals, and trial and error.
Do some homework.
