At my work we have a definety audix switch, the question i have is that when the attendant enables night service all the incoming call get sent to a couple stations to respond to the calls. I need to add a station to this coverage. I looked in all the coverage paths, hunt groups. Any help on finding these stations would be helpful. I assume this would be on the switch side and not audix.

Thanks

Enter the command "disp list"...It's probably under the listed directory number night service destination, you will probably find a station number there that's a term group or hunt group number...Just a thought !!!

This may help get you in the right direction. Look at the night service account/extension field on the console parameters form.
Code:
                              CONSOLE PARAMETERS

    Attendant Group Name: OPERATOR
                     COS: 15 COR: 7
Calls in Queue Warning: 2 Attendant Lockout? y

                     CAS: none
                                         Night Service Act. Ext.:

                                           Alternate FRL Station:
Backup Alerting? n DID-LDN Only to LDN Night Ext? n

Night Service Act. Ext.: on the console-parameters form is the one station in the switch that has a "night-serv" button.

This is display only on console-parameters and this station or an attendant can activate / deactivate "system night service" with a button. The SAT can also enable / disable system night service and hunt-group or trunk-group night service.

Night destinations for a system that does not have tenant partitioning enabled are on the listed-directory, trunk-group, hunt-group forms.

hunt-group and trunk-group night service is separate from system night service and can have 3 stations that control activation / deactivation for each group.

These can be found by "list usage button hunt-ns or trunk-ns"

I checked all the areas everyone suggested and nothing indicates how the night service moves the incoming calls to the 3 or 4 stations.
I checked with the attendant to make sure how she goes to night service. I will go thru her procedure, when she goes on break she presses a night button and all the incoming calls go to 3 or 4 different stations. When she leaves for the day she presses the night button and unplugs the hand set from the console and now the incoming calls just get sent to one station. This is puzzling me.

list usage extension on the 4 extensions. It may give you a clue, like a hunt-group or coverage-answer group, terminating extensions group.
