Hi,

Time is fractions of a day.

If In is A1 and Out is B1 then the elapsed time in minutes is
[tt]
=(B1-A1)*24*60
[/tt]
Elapsed time * 24 yields HOURS

Hours * 60 yields MINUTES

OR

=B1-A1

and format the cell as [m]
