Covert Epoch time to standard

I am pulling data into Brio and the [Call_Time] format is a 10 digit long integer, which I am assuming is Epoch time. Can any tell me how to convert it to standard time format in Brio, and where I would do that at?

Once I did it in excel but I don't remember the formula. go to the help section and search for epoch you should be able to find it and I am not sure you can modify it to brio
