We have a voicemail that prompts people to different menus to access different depts in our company. Several of the calls are routed to several people. Example: Once the person presses 2 for the engineering dept. The call goes to 4413 station then to 4446 station. After ringing at 4446 I need the call to be dropped into that persons voicemail, but it goes back to the original voicemail.

Background info: I setup a new extension 4301 and coverage path 7 then points to 4413 (3 rings) 4446 (3 rings).
Busy: y (inside) and y(outside)
Don't Answer: y y

I've tried to copy the cov path to this forum but won't copy over.

I was told to investigate the bridge appearance but this is working either. Any ideas?

The way I got this to work was to add an entry in remote coverage: 9xxx4446, and assign as the next point of coverage: r1...then when the call rolls to the station it will go to that stations voicemail...

Hope that helps?!
