Hello,

I am looking for a bit of assistance with coverage paths and maybe coverage answer groups.

I am sure this is the way to do it, our client has one station that is too busy and they would like 2 other stations to be able to answer the calls if the first station is busy. The other 2 stations would like to be able to transfer the calls back to the first station without then coming back to themselves.

They would also like it to be possible if they are also away from the office that their phone does not ring and it just stays with the original station.

Is this possible to do and how would I go about setting this up?

Suggest bridged appearances of the primary station. You can use abbreviated/delayed ringing and group page to alert the primary station.
