Coverage path to VoiceMail

Hi, new poster here.

I seem to be unable to achieve a quite simple task in a coverage path.

Let's say I want a coverage path to have 2 steps.

Ringed phone is 2140 (has no voicemail) and the coverage path is :

4 ring ->extension 2141 -> 4 ring -> 2141 Voicemail

How would I achieve that?

I tried to use the path 4ring->2141->4ring->h99 (my VM hunt group) but is does not redirect to the 2141 voicemail, it try to go to 2140 voicemail and it doesn't exist.....

Any hint?

you need to add "2140" to 'secondary extension' on page 1 of 2141 voicemail (audix)

A voicemail location in a coverage path always means to go to the mailbox of the originally dialed extension.
Depending on your systems there are a couple of different methods you could use.
Instead of h99, your could put in a VDN number in the coverage path. The vector associated with the VDN would have "messaging split 99 for extension 2141".
What type of voicemail system are you using? If it's an Audix or CMM for example, one of you features is automated attendant routing. You could have your coverage path stay the same on the switch, but on the automated attendant routing table, have incoming digits to 2140 go to mailbox 2141.
