Coverage path question

Hey all, hopefully someone can help me out:

I have an extension set up and the director wishes to have that phone, if not answered, cover to one of our attendants and, if they can't answer, he wants it to then go back to voicemail. I was messing with some programming and know that you cannot end a coverage path with a VDN. I also attempted to set it up so that after 4 rings, calls cover to "attd" but as soon as the call hits the attendant queue they will never cover back to voicemail. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
 
make point 1 in the coverage path go to attd, point 2 goes to a vdn that points to a vector that say message skill 99 for extension active, assuming hunt 99 is your voicemail hunt group
