Is there a way to have incomin calls on, for example,extension x0001 after 3 rins go to ext x0002 which is VDN then go to x0002 voicemail?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Make the coverage path (point 1) 0001 (point 2) v0002.
Put the x0002 voicemail step in the vector for vdn 0002.
