You have 2 coverage paths linked to each other, I have the same setup but my call ends at point 6 of the first coverage path. It doesn't flow over to the linked coverage path so I don't get an endless loop until answered. Can you confirm yours actually hits both coverage paths and flip flops until answered. maybe I've missed something on page 1 of Sys Coverage, Page 2 is set up fine.
Avaya Docs says linked coverage path is hit if criteria of path one isn't met, I take this to either mean the call wasn't answered or "Coverage Criteria" is set differently on the 2 paths or could be both of the above meanings. Typically Avaya vague.
