Help! We have a client that has requested the following options to be set up on their Magix system. I have researched and cannot find a solution that covers all of the areas they have asked for...
They want the phone system to be set up as follows:
They want a button that the operator can press to change calls during the day from the operator to all of the staff phones.(coverage group?)Otherwise, it is only to ring at the operator's desk. They also want two members of the group to be able to opt out of receiving calls.(sign in,sign out?) At the end of this, if no one answers it is to go to voicemail... I have tried to work up a config for this and cannot come up with one that covers all of these options...
