hi all,

i have made some cov answer-groups (you can see in the link i provide)

now how do i get it to ring a mobile number aswell

also am i using up licenses by creating the stations as i have made then x port, should i change the port to virtual, so i dont use up licenses?

many thanks,

rob

enable ec 500 on 1 of the coverage answer group phones

ok so on one of the stations thats on the answer-group how do i do that please?

You'll need EC500 licenses to use it.

You can add EC500 to a station with "change off station xxxx"

thank you

btw how do you check how many licenses i have to use this functionality?

display system-parameters customer-options should be on page 1 that tells you how many licenses you have for these

If you dont have EC500 licenses you will most probably have OPS licenses , these essentially do the same as ec500 just without some of the control functionlity like button control from handsets

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.

its the same method as EC500 "change off-pbx-telephone station-mapping xxxxx" where xxxxx = station ID , then in the application section in that form instead of selecting EC500 select OPS.

what about the station do i need to make one of the buttons OPS instead of EC500?

So no .. thats the restriction there is no button control once its programmed its active , so not as flexible as EC500 but functionally the same for redirection of calls
