Howdy,
Running CM 5.2

Trying to get a vector step to route to TWO stations simultaneously.

I created a ghost station (type: 2420, Port: X) and added it into my Vector. After the caller presses 1, it should flow.
Gave it a Coverage Path with a Termination Point to a Coverage Answer Group,
and within the COA I added the two extensions I want the calls to go to.

When I test the Ghost Station, it covers, then rings busy.
NOTE: the extensions in the COA are also "Ghost Stations". Not sure if that's an issue.

When I replace the "Ghost Stations" in the COA with actual physical stations, it works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

For me creating a virtual extension works. Have you tried virtual station instead of port x?

Just tried changing those "Ghost Extensions" to a VIRTUAL extension.
Same thing. Just rings busy

its just another call flow tree.

02 collect 1 digits after announcement 5578 for none
03 goto vector 60 @step 1 if digits = 1
etc

etc

why are you sending it to another vector? step 6 should say route to number xxxx

so step 4 goes to an extension with an xport that has a coverage path that goes to a coverage answer group is that correct?

correct.
And the two stations in the COA are XPORTS. I've tried using VIRUALS, but I would still get a busy signal.

something I am not understanding here, in the coverage answer group, the 2 phones are xported? if so how are they going to answer the calls?

those two XPORTS are set as abrgd-appearances on physical extensions

Cvg Enabled for VDN Route-To Party? n change this to yes on the coverage path also push up the ring count to more than 1 ring, another thing you can try is change the xports from an analog station to a digital xport and do a brdg-apperance instead of an abrdg-apperance, worth a try

Tried all of that and still nothing...
I even went ahead and just made the two XPORTS (1213 & 1214) into actual 9608 stations.
Still getting a busy signal.
There's something going on with these two extensions specifically.
Do you think it would matter that these two are in a bunch of other vectors and are bridged appearances on multiple stations?

Here is my list trace as well:
