We have extension A that is manually forwarded to extension B. It is rotating through a group so extension B changes daily. How do I get the call to go to extensions B's voicemail?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

the only way I know to do this is in the Audix;
change auto-attend-routing routing-table
Incoming Called Number will be Ext "A"
Business Schedule will be "Bus1"
DAy Service and Night Service Mailbox will be Ext "B"

You would have to change the day and night mailbox when "B' rotates

If this solution is not what you want; you may want to look within the system-parameters coverage-forwarding options in the CM

forward the call to the DID number of the extension "B"
This will make calls to the original destination go out on a trunk and come in on a trunk to cover to extension "B" voicemail.

You could try remote call forward out to extension B.
Therefore extension B voicemail will take over.

you could cover to a vdn and then a vector with a route to with coverage step.Put in station b phone number in the route to step.
