Cover to a different voice mail box

Hi,

I have need of directing calls to a particular station to a different voice mail box than the one set up for the station receiving the call. How can I go about doing this?

Not sure what voice mail system you have but we use Audix and for the situation you described, we can use the auto attendant routing table to direct voice messages for a certain extension to a voice mailbox other than the one associated with that station.

i.e., sta 30615 callers leave messages in voice mailbox 44584.

Thanks. I think that is exactly what I am looking for. And yes, we use an Intuity Audix system.
