Global Knowledge... any major city.. in the world or for a few extra dollars...on site.. i've been to almost 30 of their classes without having a bad experience..(not counting the one instructor from new york who is better left unmentioned)

very correct.. no one can certify you, except nortel. global knowledge is notels old traning division. it was spun off when nortel decided that they could make more money if they just sold software. 90 days later there stock was worth about a dollar a pound.
