Hello,

I believe I have come to my limits in trying to set up a measure that will distinctly count my customers across several dimensions and levels. The resulting cube is huge (and unusable) when I use the count category function in transformer.

I can't believe I am the only user with a large customer base and trying to count customers. I am hoping there are more intelligent users than me out there with some experience in tackling the problem.

Many Thanks,

Why are you counting the values in transformer, and not in Impromptu?

We have a massive number of vehicles to count in some of our reports, and always count the values in Impromptu and feed the figures into transformer via an IQD.

Adam.

Adambmw. Would like some details on your Impromptu counts... I suppose you need to count those vehicles across several dimensions and levels, I wonder if you could be more specific as to the method used in Impromptu to count them distinctly for different groupings? Ie how do you ensure you count distinctly per region then per period?
