Counting a formula 2

Hello,

I'm wondering if there's a way to count a formula. For ex: I made a formula saying return "1" if (field1/field2) >0.2.

So the formula worked but now I would like to count all the '1' in each group.

Insert a group on solicitor and then insert a distinct count of certificates at the solicitor group level. Then add a running total that does a distinctcount of certificate, evaluates using a formula: {table.elec} in [2,3]
Reset on change of solicitor. Place the running total in the solicitor group footer, drag the groupname into the group footer and supprss the detail and group header section.
