count of groups: how many sundays, please help

hello all.

Im trying to do a specific count of a group within a 30day report and put the total in the frist group GF1:

The group2 GF2: is job_date.
what would be the proper syntax if any or is there something completely different.

Count (DayOfWeek ({@D: Date Conversion},{General Information.Job Run Date},"sunday&quot )

FYI: I get an error when trying run this. to many arguments given.

Are you saying you want to have a formula that returns the number of sundays within the group?

Exactly, I'm using a running total to get the sum of information by day of the week, but it sum's the details section instead of the group footer. So my idea is to take the sum totals and divide by the count of days. Kind of bassackwards but I think it may work. (I hope)

Unless you know of a way to do a running total on a group.....
