Hi,
I am designing a grouping report, i have following fields

Rep Status
======================
A Assign
B Un-Assign
C Assign
D Scheduled
E Re-Assign
F Assign
A Re-Assign
G Scheduled
H Decided
I Decided

Grouping is done on Rep.

Count of Work Orders = count(Status)

I want to count the number of work orders having status as "assign", "Un-Assign", "Scheduled" and "Re-Assign" only.

The simplest way is to insert a crosstab in the report footer that uses status as the row field, and count of wo as the summary.

Alternatively, you could insert running totals that do a count of wo, evaluate using a formula:

{table.status} = "Assign" //change for each rt

Reset never. Repeat for each status type and place in the report footer.
