could not send email from blackberry pda

I have a blackberry that is link to an earthlink account. for some reason I could not send or reply to an email from the blackberry . any ideas? thanks a bunch.

Did you check out the GPRS upper case? You might be out of range ! Just goto the OPTION -> Network-> Register now.

If you are using redirector to get your emails, you have to have it running at all times. Meaning you have to have the redirector open and connected to the interent at all times in order to get the emails.

I am not sure what redirector is, but I don't have a problem receiving the emails, my problem is I could not send an email from it. thanks again.

Try regenerating a security pin. If that doesn't work you will have to re-install the desktop software.
