Could not log in to pc after unplugging network cable

I can't seem to log in to my computer (not as local admin) after I disconnect the network cable. Message says, could not log you on because the domain is unavailable.

Domain security policy may not allow caching of network credentials.

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.
 
Actually,this is the first time it happened. most of our users are able to login in cache mode.
 
You're right DaveToo. I found out that one of our Admins is testing the Group Policy. THanks again.
