Could not load type error

Hi, this error is showing up on one of the pages all of a sudden. This was built a couple of years ago and was working fine until now. I just took over , don't know much about .net yet. Can someone help me understand the situation and fix it, I'm new to .net, and this was given to me, need 2 fix it ASAP, that's the order for me

any help will be greatly appreciated.

Let me post the error message:

I checked and the DLL is in the /bin folder.

Note: This was working fine until yesterday.
