Could not create a server 2003 image using PowerQuest.

Server 2003. Backup Server.
Have a lot of following error messages. What is the nature of these messages.
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction response from the Netman service.
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction response from the NtmsSvc service.

Are those msgs from PowerQuest or Windows?

Netman and NtmsSvc are two builtin Windows services. It looks like they aren't running and need to be in order for you to perform your backups. Netman is the "Network Connections" service and NtmsSvc is the "Removable Storage" service. There's two ways to start these.

1. From the command line type "net start {service name}" (eg. "net start netman"

2. Open the services management console. (services.msc) and right click on the service you wish to start and click "start"

Try starting these services then running your backup, let me know if it works then.
