How can i do??

thank you

You need to buy Tenant Partitioning RTU from Avaya this will allow you to add 100 music sources..

If you wish to add alternate music sources to a call center or other group that is vector controlled, you can add them as analog messages with a 'b' (barge-in) kind of queue.

The 'wait' command in a vector allows you to choose a message extension as the 'hearing' source.

Simply choose the message extension where you have connected and programmed a music source.

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)

If you plan to use Tenant Partitioning be ready to open the wallet up. Very expensive. Using the announcements to play is an option with vector steps and wait time. Keep in mind though that if you do not have tenant partitioning you would likely only have one system wide music on old port.
see- system parameters features.
Any caller placed on hold manually would hear this music.
Would be nice if Avaya would open up Tenant partition in increments less than 100. We needed 2 sources but it was 1 or 100 with no other option.
