Hello, we are a customer service center and when there is nobody in the office, the main PBX phone is forwarded to the On Call mobile's phone, the problem is that for some reason we always found the 3 PBX's lines blocked like this:
>LD 32
.stat 1
00 = UNIT 00 = BUSY (TRK)(CO LOP ) <-PBX Phone1
01 = UNIT 01 = BUSY (TRK)(CO LOP ) <-PBX Phone2
02 = UNIT 02 = BUSY (TRK)(CO LOP ) <-PBX Phone3
03 = UNIT 03 = IDLE (TRK)(CO LOP )
04 = UNIT 04 = IDLE (TRK)(CO LOP )
05 = UNIT 05 = IDLE (TRK)(CO LOP )
06 = UNIT 06 = IDLE (TRK)(CO LOP )
07 = UNIT 07 = IDLE (TRK)(CO LOP )

When someone calls in the call is routed to the attendant, but in non business hours, this phone is programmed to forward to the mobile, something like 97741234. We've tested with 3 different mobile phone providers and the result is always the same. Anyone can give me a clue on how this can be solved?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You need to change your trunk starting arrangments to ground start.

This will require a call to your telco provider and and order to get them changed, once Telco changes there end (expect 3 to 4 weeks) you will need to change your end.

No sure if you have more than 8 trunks, you might want to consider going to a T1 with two way DID. You start saving money somewhere around the 9 to 13 trunk range.

another thing to look at is in the route for those trunks, make sure the ndec and fdec is set to eth, and super is set to no. to laocat the route print the tnb 1 0, under rtmb, your see route and member, in ld 21 prt rdb for that route, goto ld 16 and do a chg rdb, xx..then enter down to those prompts, that may clear the lines on disco. your telling the switch no i am not going to rec dosc supervision and if either end disco's drop the call. ground start trunks are a must, you may see "glare" - dialing 9 and answereing an incomming call, with loop start. another old trick is to make your night answer point an ext, then forward that ext to the cell, the co sees disco from the ext and all is well
