Problem started when conferencing to two external numbers would cause two COTS to stay connected, problem solved when supervision = no, however still finding trunks locked together, tried to simulate how or why this is occuring but unable to determine cause. Trunks are ground start and are denied termination at CO.

i have seen thfa on non centrex trunks that was causing problems.. couple of other prompts that can make a diff. one is supervision no, meaning your not waiting for far end supervision.. another is set ndec fdec to eth
