Depends on where in the US you are.\
In Az our company charges $80 per hr. plus materials on small jobs. if its a big job, then we usually bid it.
it really depends on the size that we'll give you a bigger break on the labor. materials are always quoted at the time of te bid as copper and other materials seem to go up every month now.
