Open the phone book and either change the default setting or create a new connection. Set the serial port settings for "direct connect" in the modem selections, using baud rate of 19,200, then save settings. Then go into cosession viewer and make the login name be "support" and the password be "voice". Also make sure all switches on SW1 are set to off.
Just to clarify, I still can't connect. Cosession doesn't seem to like the idea of direct connect. It somehow wants to dial.... However, I don't know if it actually tries to. To me the idea of area code on a direct connection seems useles...
I fired up the old machine we had which has Cosesion 6 (what came w/ the PBX) and that works. But I'm using a new machine running Windows 2000 doing the call accounting and PBX management on which I also want to run the voice mail interface. Nothing I've tried with Cosession under Win2K works.
