Hi, we're on CM 6.1. We're using third party conference bridge company.(provided with moderator and participant numbers). I am asked look into have this service in house. What do need to make this happan please (hardware, software, cost)?

Have you looked into Cisco Meeting Place? we have this and it works very well

if you are looking for a cisco solution Meeting Place or meeting place express depending on your size and conferencing needs as mankyway already noted.
As far as pricing you will need to involve your cisco reseller to go through the proper discovery and identify your needs. Too many variables, features and components to try to price it here.
