Corruption in onstat command

Trying to investigate a problem with a program. When I look at the output from the "onstat" command, the "Last Parsed SQL Statement" display is corrupted. The output is "Last parsed SQL statement :
1 Õect " rather than showing an SQL statement.

Any ideas what could have caused this?

I've checked my manuall's and looked at onstat --. I can't find any referances that onstat should show last passed sql statement. What options/flags are you calling onstat with.
What enviroment are you running informix in. What informix are you using.
