I just finished a website using Dreamweaver CS3, with all of the photos processed with Photoshop. When I went to upload the site to the server, the graphics weren't visible. It showed them as being on the server, but when I tried to open them manually I was getting an error message as to an invalid jpg marker.
When I had the problem transfering them with Dreamweaver I resent them using an ftp program, but with the same results.
If I open them on my computer, they are fine. Are they somehow being corrupted during the transfer?
This has both me and my webhost support pretty stumped. If anyone has any ideas, I would LOVE to get this solved. Thanks.

Hi Chris
Thanks for the suggestion. I checked and it (Coffeecup DirectFTP) is set to auto.

Have you tried going to your web browser and visiting the exact URL of one of more of the jpgs, if they appear then maybe you have nothing to worry about.

Yes, I did go to the site and none of the photos were visible. The webhost and I finally decided to have me transfer all of the photos to him by email and he inserted them into the website on his end which worked without a hitch. At least we got everything up and running but we both would really like to figure out what the problem was so it could be avoided in the future.
